These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Globalnexs International ("Company," "We," "Us," "Our") and the clients ("Student," "You," "Your") availing of our study abroad consultancy services. Upon engaging with our services, you will be presumed to have full comprehension of all procedural formalities concerning study abroad documentation and visa processing.

Services Provided

• We will offer full guidance on your study abroad program, including university choice, application support, and visa advice.
• Our services involve pre-departure guidance, document checking, and interview preparation (if applicable).
• We cannot guarantee admission to a university or visa success, as this entirely depends upon the related institutions and immigration authorities.

Student Responsibilities

To continue the process of studying abroad, you acknowledge that:

• You register with Globalnex International and pay relevant registration/service fees (non-refundable).
• Provide accurate and timely submission of all necessary documents (academic transcripts, test scores, passports, etc.).
• Take compulsory language proficiency tests (IELTS/TOEFL/PTE/etc.) and forward results to us.
• Pay university application fees, visa fees, and tuition fees directly or by our facilitated means.
• Comply with all visa regulations and immigration policies of the destination country.

Fees & Payment Terms

• Registration/Service Charges: Non-refundable at any time, even for refusal of visa or withdrawal of application.
• University/Visa Fees: To be paid according to the institution/embassy's policy. If we pay for you, we do so on your behalf.
• Third-Party Charges (e.g., Immigration Health Surcharge/IHS, flight bookings): Refunds (if any) are at the discretion of the third party.

Visa & Admission Disclaimer

• We do not influence visa outcomes. Approval/refusal is at the absolute discretion of immigration officials.
• Universities can cancel offer letters or admissions without notice. Globalnex International is not liable for such.
• Refund of tuition fees (if any) is subject to the institution's policy. We can help with claims but are not responsible for refunds.

Withdrawal & Refund Policy

• If you withdraw during the visa process or are issued a visa refusal, service/registration fees will not be returned.
• For students who only receive visa filing services, the service fee is non-refundable.
• Any other agreement with Globalnexs International takes precedence in case of conflicting clauses.

Limitation of Liability

Globalnex International will not be responsible for:

• Foreign governments or India changing visa/immigration laws.
• Monetary losses arise from visa denial, admission cancellations, or third-party service delays.
• Misrepresentation of documents or providing false information by the student.

Governing Law & Amendments

• These Terms are subject to the laws of [Jurisdiction, e.g., India].
• We may change these Terms at any time without notice. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
